Robert K. Futterman, CEO of Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), has announced the firm's selection by Vornado Realty Trust as the exclusive leasing agent for two former Caldor locations in The Bronx and Queens. David Rosenberg and Barry Fishbach, both managing directors at RKF, are responsible for marketing this prestigious assignment.
The two free-standing buildings are zoned for retail use and are located in the most desirable shopping districts in their respective boroughs. The 165,000 square-foot Flushing property is located at the intersection of Main Street and Roosevelt Avenue, adjacent to the new 50,000 square-foot Old Navy store. The four-story building is ideal for both retail on the lower floors and retail or commercial on the top floors.

The Fordham Road site, which is located at the intersection of the Grand Concourse, consists of 290,000 square feet on six levels. The top three floors are also ideal for commercial usage.
Both sites are being, marketed for either single- or multi-occupancy.
