W&M Properties announced that AEA Investors, Inc. has signed a six-year, 3,636 SF lease at 200 First Stamford Place in Stamford, Conn. Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, JoAnn B. McGrath, vice president of leasing and marketing, and Laurie A. Wade, senior leasing associate, represented the landlord in the transaction. Meredith T. Siburn, associate director of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.

Julien J. Studley, Inc. announced that Bower Sanger & Lawrence, P.C. has signed a 10-year, 18,000 SF lease at 261 Madison Ave. in New York City. Daniel O. Horowitz, senior managing director of Julien J. Studley, and Jeffrey I. Peck, assistant director, represented the tenant in the transaction William G. Cohen, executive vice president of Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc., and Matthew Leon, managing director, represented the landlord.

Newmark New Spectrum announced that Max & Gino's Clothiers has signed a 2,400 SF lease at 2255-2257 Merrick Road in Merrick, N.Y. Alan Pearlstein, Ezra Saff, and Mitch Weiss, of Newmark New Spectrum, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. announced that Wulff Displays, Inc. has signed a 9,035 SF lease at 35 Albany Ave. in Amityville, N.Y. Anthony G. Gerrato, of Newmark & Company, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced that Chicissimo has signed a 10-year, 1,050 SF lease at Sherry Netherland Hotel in New York City. Robert Cohen, executive vice president of Robert K. Futterman, served as the broker in the transaction.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced that Hype has signed a 10-year, 4,197 SF lease at the Manhattan Mall in New York City. Karen Bellantoni, managing director of Robert K. Futterman, represented both parties in the transaction.

Byrnam Wood, LLC announced the following transactions:

* Valores Finamex International Inc. has signed a lease at 17 State St. in New York City. Graham Alton, of Byrnam Wood, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Impath has signed an 8,000 SF lease at 625 W. 56th St. in New York City. Gordon Ogden, of Byrnam Wood, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Condon & Forsyth has signed a 5,751 SF sublease at 685 Third Ave. in New York City. Nick Gilman and Gordon Ogen, of Byrnam Wood, represented the sub-landlord, DoubleClick, in the transaction.

Squarefeet.com announced that Kingsborough Psychiatric Center has signed a long-term, 10,000 SF lease at 10 Manhattan Ave. in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. announced that Washington Mutual, Inc. has signed a 3,500 SF lease at 498 Seventh Ave. in New York City. Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino, of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Greiner-Maltz announced that Krispy Kreme has signed an 18-year, 50,000 SF sublease at Laguardia Airport in Queens, N.Y. John Maltz and Jack Isenberg, of Greiner-Maltz, represented the sublandlord, Lufthansa/Sky Chef, in the transaction. Steven Weissman, of Winnick Realty Group, represented the tenant.

Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. announced that Kleeban Tool Company has signed a 6,000 SF lease at 130 Marine St. in Farmingdale, N.Y. Michael Hagen, of Newmark & Company, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that ABX Logistics has signed a long-term, 9,177 SF-lease at 550 Broad St. in Newark, N.J. Sean Brady, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction.

First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. announced the following transactions at its New Jersey properties:

* Bergen Brunswig Corporation has signed a 196,922 SF renewal lease at Montville Business Center in Pine Brook, N.J. Richard Lieberman and Robert Shuster, of Grubb & Ellis, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Wyle Laboratories has signed an 8,173 SF renewal lease at 20 Chapin Road in Pine Brook, N.J.;

* B. Jays U.S.A., Inc. has signed a 7,500 SF lease at Van Brunt Industrial Park in Englewood, N.J.;

* MC Machinery Systems, Inc. has signed a 7,057 SF renewal lease at 16 Chapin Road in Pine Brook, N.J. Barry Mayer, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Millar Elevator has signed a 6,340 SF renewal lease at 26 Chapin Road in Pine Brook, N.J.;

* Cardio Clasp, Inc. has signed a 5,500 SF lease at 20 Chapin Road in Pine Brook, N.J.; Steven Fleming, of the Staubach Company, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Soler & Palau has signed a 5,328 SF renewal lease at 16 Chapin Road in Pine Brook, N.J. Anthony Scaro, of Binswanger/Klatskin, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* The Atec Group has signed a 5,328 SF renewal lease at 20 Chapin Road in Pine Brook, N.J.;

* Vextree Technology, Inc. has signed a 5,000 SF lease at 609 Montrose Ave. in South Plainfield, N.J. Thomas Kirczow, of GMH Capital Partners, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Touch of Excellence, LLC has signed a 5,000 SF lease at 607 Montrose Ave. in South Plainfield, N.J. Frank Fan, of Binswanger/Klatskin, represented the tenant in the transaction;
