"Herald Square has become one of the top retail destinations in New York City, attracting high-profile retailers such as The Gap, H&M and Victoria's Secret's flagship store," said Bellantoni. "Manhattan Mall tenants are actively renewing their leases and the four-stories of prime retail space is attracting attention from many additional national retailers."
