GVA Williams announced the sale of 100/200 Corporate Drive, a 185,850 SF office complex in Lebanon, N.J. for $24.2 million. David Simson, president of GVA Williams, Joseph E. Boiseau, director of corporate services, and Gary Tse, director of financial services, represented the seller in the transaction.
Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the following transactions:
* The sale of 408-410 Greenwich St., a one-story garage building in New York City, to Ramirez and Company for $3.8 million. Peter DeCheser, and Michael DeCheser, of Massey Knakal, represented the seller in the transaction. Helmsley Spear represented the buyer;
* The sale of 145 Reade St., an 8,375 SF loft building in New York City, for $1.5 million. Peter DeCheser and Michael DeCheser, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction.
Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale of Bernards 78, a 201,781 SF office building in Bernards, N.J., to TA Associates for $42 million. Andrew J. Merin, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield, served as the broker in the transaction.
CB Richard Ellis, Inc. announced the sale of 2 Soundview Drive, a 37,864 SF office building in Greenwich, Conn., to Maiden Lane Associates, Ltd. for $17.25 million. Jeffrey R. Dunne and James R. Tully, of CB Richard Ellis, represented both parties in the transaction.
Cohen and Company Inc. Real Estate announced the sale of Larchmont Commons, a 124,662 SF shopping center in Mount Laurel, N.J., to the Lightstone Group. Vera Thomas, senior managing director of Cohen and Company, and Louis Ginsberg, managing directore, represented both parties in the transaction.
