* A $1 million line of credit for a co-op building on W. 16th St. in New York City;

* A $950,000 first mortgage and a $400,000 line of credit for a co-op building on W. 100th St. in New York City;

* A $500,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Garth Road in Scarsdale, N.Y.;

* A $500,000 line of credit for a co-op building on W. 87th St. in New York City;

* A $400,000 line of credit for a co-op building at Stoneleigh Plaza in Bronxville, N.Y.;

* A $300,000 first mortgage for a co-op building at Park Place in Brooklyn, N.Y.;

* A $750,000 first mortgage and a $200,000 line of credit for a co-op building on W. 98th St. in New York City;

* A $500,000 first mortgage for a co-op building on West Broadway in New York City;

* A $450,000 first mortgage and a $100,000 line of credit for a co-op building on W. 74th St. in New York City;

* A $425,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Pelham Road in New Rochelle, N.Y.
