* An $850,000 loan for a walk-up apartment building on Union St. in Flushing, N.Y. The loan featured a 10-year term;
* A $3 million loan for an apartment building on Beverly Road in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Michael E. Tuck and Brian P. Greenfield arranged the financing for these transactions.
