* A $2.8 million loan for a 60,000 s/f shopping center in Atlantic Highlands, N.J. The loan featured a 15-year term;
* A $1 million loan for a garden apartment complex in Brick, N.J. The loan featured a 15-year term;
* An $850,000 loan for a walk-up apartment building on Union St. in Flushing, N.Y. The loan featured a 10-year term;
* A $3 million loan for an apartment building on Beverly Road in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Michael E. Tuck and Brian P. Greenfield arranged the financing for these transactions.
