Levin leases 192,690 s/f at 13 centers in 4 states

Levin Management Corporation of North Plainfield, New Jersey announced the signing of 19 leases totaling 192,690 square feet.
While some of the leases were for traditional retail stores, several of the deals were both non-traditional and creative.
In New Jersey, where the company manages nearly 40 centers with a GLA of over 5 million square feet, a lease was signed with Gap, Inc, which took 20,688 s/f at the Somerset Shopping Center in Bridgewater. Stanley Bernstein, a leasing representative for Levin, handled the leasing assignment.
At Aviation Plaza, which Levin leases and manages on behalf of SSR Realty Advisors, 8,350 square feet was leased to Southern Smokehouse, which joins restaurateurs Boulder Creek, Appleby's, Checkers and Starbucks. Alan Gott is Levin's leasing representative for Aviation Plaza, which is located on U.S. 1 and 9 in Linden, New Jersey.
Wall Towne Center, a 91,0000-square-foot center in Manalapan, has added Rockaway Bedding to the tenant roster, with 3,200 square feet, and Allstate Insurance with 1,600 square feet. Another leasing and management assignment from SSR Really Advisors, Wall Towne Center is now fully leased. Alan Gott is the Levin leasing representative for the property.
Two leases were signed at St. Georges Crossing in Woodbridge. Pier 1 Imports has taken a 10,314 square-foot endcap with US 1 visibility. The other new tenant is Woodbridge Crossing Self Storage, which Levin placed in 93,742 square feet of unused second floor space. Alan Gott is the Levin leasing representative for St. Georges Crossing.
Other New Jersey leases include Aaron's with 9,266 square feet, and The State of New Jersey Department of Labor with 6,494 square feet, both at Fair Ground Plaza in Mt. Holly. Dale Mulartrick, Levin's Director of Leasing, handles Fair Ground Plaza.
Levin concluded another lease with the State of New Jersey, for 4,400 square feet at 1001 Spruce Office Center in Ewing Twp. TLevin converted 70,000 of second-floor space to office use and has now achieved 100% occupancy there.
The management and leasing firm also leased 5,400 square feet to Blockbuster at 2500 Route 9 Plaza in Old Bridge; 2,600 square feet to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at the QuickChek center in Bayonne; and 1,960 square feet to Laundry Land at Clinton Corner Shopping Center in South Plainfield. Alan Gott is Levin's leasing representative for Old Bridge, and Ethan Goldsmith has both the Bayonne and South Plainfield assignments.
In Pennsylvania, The UPS Store took 1,517 square feet at Liberty Center in Erie, while Gianni, Inc. leased 1,250 square feet, and Washington Pet took 7,715 square feet at Capitol Plaza in Bangor. Peter Mitchell is the onsite leasing agent for Liberty Center, and Dale Mulartrick handles Bangor.
In Commack, New York, 9 Star Liquors has leased 3,894 square feet at Mayfair Shopping Center. Maggie Moo's is also joining the tenant mix, with 1,200 s/f. Stanley Bernstein is Levin's leasing representative for Mayfair.
Bernstein is also the leasing representative for a downtown property in Patchogue, New York in which Family Dollar has leased 7,701 square feet. R & Son, an existing bagel store, was moved into 1,358 square feet elsewhere in the structure to accommodate the Family Dollar operation. And at Hickory Plaza, in Hickory, North Carolina, Levin leased 2,000 square feet to Amazing Beds. Alan Gott is the Levin leasing representative for the property.
