W. 57th St. contract for cleaning services firm

First Quality Maintenance (FQM), a New York City-based cleaning services company has been awarded a service contract for 250 W. 57th St., a W&H Properties building.

FQM will provide cleaning services for the 26-story, 495,562-square-foot building located on fabled 57th Street. The building is currently undergoing an extensive multimillion-dollar capital improvement program, which includes new corridors, bathrooms, lobby, windows, facade restoration, roof and HVAC.

"We appreciate the opportunity that W&H Properties has given us to work in this completely renovated property," said Gary Green, founder and CEO of FQM.

First Quality Maintenance provides cleaning services to more than 80 buildings, encompassing more than 50 million square feet.
