Broker party held for residential project at 150 Nassau St

Real Estate Weekly, Feb 20, 2002

Noted residential developer Yitzchak Tessler recently celebrated his latest project, the spectacular renovation of 150 Nassau St. at City Hall Park, with dozens of top residential brokers at a gathering at the landmarked building's spacious new Sales Center.

One of the city's most exciting residential developments, 150 Nassau at City Hall Park will feature 45 luxury condominiums, starting at the 10th floor. The residences will range from 1,300 to 2,365 SF and offer spectacular views of the Manhattan and Brooklyn skylines, three bridges, the East River, Midtown and Lower Manhattan. Other features include 10-foot ceilings, fireplaces, custom Boffi kitchens and hardwood flooring.

Along with a faithful restoration of the building's famous barrel vaulted roof, led by architects Karl Fischer Architecte and Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer, a dramatic addition to the top will create Manhattan's most spectacular multi-level penthouse. The 9,635-SF penthouse, including more than 2,600 SF of outdoor space, will be one of the city's most extraordinary residences, featuring dramatic panoramic vistas.

Shamir Shah, one of New York's top designers, created 150 Nassau's sales center, public spaces and interiors, which will showcase some of the finest finishes and amenities available, including custom-designed Teak master bath vanities and imported handmade ceramic tiles.

"150 Nassau is an extraordinary building that will bring the finest in luxury living to one of Manhattan's newest, and most exciting residential neighborhoods," said Tessler.

The condominium residences will range in price from $945,000. Occupancy is scheduled for autumn 2002. The Marketing Directors, Inc., is the exclusive marketing and sales agent for the building.
