Cushman & Wakefield announced that Tony Marano has been appointed as chief operating officer for the U.S. region.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Marano served as vice president of business services with Lucent. He specializes in asset management and real estate dispositions. In the course of his career, Marano oversaw 70 million SF of space.
Marano holds a B.A. from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a member of St. John's Epilepsy Foundation and the Institute for Children with Cancer and Blood Disorders.
