Real Estate Weekly, Feb 19, 2003

South-Western, a part of The Thomson Corporation and the number one provider of business and economics education products worldwide, announced the release of Instant Tax Relief for Real Estate Agents, a tax planning system and toolkit.

"Our catalog has traditionally focused on helping agents earn their license and boost their sales," says Scott Person, South-Western's director of real estate publishing. "This title helps agents keep more of what they earn. Instant Tax Relief is the only tax planning system designed exclusively for real estate agents."

Author Edward A. Lyon is the president of TaxTuneup.com and a tax consultant and financial planner who works with agents in his hometown of Cincinnati and across the nation. He is a former legislative analyst for Representatives Jack Kemp and Dick Cheney and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. He is the author of 8 books on taxes and financial planning. He has appeared on over 200 radio and television broadcasts, including CNN's Saturday Morning and Sunday Morning, CNBC's Power Lunch, MSNBC's Morning Blend and Today in America, Fox News Channel's Fox on Money and Fox News Now, and The Roseanne Show, which dubbed him "the funniest tax guy in America."
