Ashforth selected to manage three CT office buildings

Albert B. Ashforth, Inc.--Management Services has been selected by Abbey Road Advisors, LLC to manage an additional three office buildings totaling 343,402 s/f.

The buildings include: Shelton Place located at 1000 Bridgeport Avenue a 134,000 s/f office facility in Shelton, CT; Rye Brook Plaza located at 90 South Ridge Street, a 74,402 s/f medical office facility in Rye Brook, NY; 20 South Broadway a 135,000 s/f building in Yonkers, NY.

Shelton Place was built in 1986 and is conveniently located near Route 8. Major tenants include First Connecticut Capital Corp., Group Technology of Trumbull, Avalon Bay Communities, Hersam Press, TekSystems, Inc., Tighe & Bond Inc., Toyota Motor Credit Corp. and a People's Bank retail branch.

Rye Brook Plaza, 90 South Ridge Street, was built in 1986 and is located near Route 287 in close proximity to White Plains and Greenwich hospitals. The property is occupied by numerous medical offices and The New York State Department of Taxation.

20 South Broadway is located in the heart of downtown Yonkers, also minutes from the Metro North Hudson Line and the Saw Mill, Sprain Brook and Cross County Parkways. The office building's major tenants include Bank of America, Westchester Department of Health and Westchester Educational Opportunity Center and Social Security Administration.
