Amy Wheelock (photo) has joined Advanced Digital Internet (ADI) as director of consumer marketing, ADI president Andrew-Benson announced.

In her new position, Wheelock, 28, will manage all sales and marketing activities such as advertising, media and promotions directed at ADI She will generate new consumers and retain the company's existing customer base while also managing new product development and marketing.

Ms. Wheelock received her BS in Business Administration form the University of Texas at Dallas and her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin Upon graduation, Ms. Wheelock gained employment with Philip Morris USA and worked her way up from intern to assistant brand manager where she was responsible for managing all media and advertising for Virginia Slims. In 1998 she became an account supervisor at Malone Advertising and eventually moved on to become vice president of Interactive Edge where she worked in business development.

Thomas W. Schettino, President of City & Suburban Federal Savings Bank, announced the promotion of the following executives:

Michael J. Indiveri, 47, (photo) to Executive Vice President, CFO, from Senior Vice President, OFO.

Indiveri joined City & Surburban in 1997 from New York Federal Savings Bank where he was Senior Vice President, CFO.

Prior to that he was Vice President, CFO of Savings Bank of Rockland County and earlier held financial positions at The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., as well as Western Union Corporation and at Newsweek Magazine, where he started his career.

He has an MBA from Fordham University and a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Indiveri continues to keep current with numerous management, taxation and business courses and seminars. His professional affiliations include the AICPA- Tax Division. He has also been a Visiting Instructor at Rutgers University and at Jersey City State College;

Richard A. Karpowich, 53, (photo) to Senior Vice President, Director of Operations and Retail Banking, from Vice President, Director of Operations and Retail Banking.

Karpowich joined City & Suburban in 1993 from Prospect Park Savings Bank, West Paterson, New Jersey, where he was Senior Vice President, Chief of Operation and Redail Banking.

Concurrently, he was also President of Family Financial Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Prospect Park Savings engaged in the sales of annuities and life insurance products.

Karpowich has a BA from Rutgers University and served in the United States Air Force as a Captain.

Charles A. Persico, 35, (photo) to Vice President, Mortgage Officer, from Mortgage Officer in the Commercial Mortgage Department of City & Suburban.

Persico joined C&S in 1997 from Houlihan & O'Malley appraisal Co. where he served as Commercial Real Estate Appraiser.

He holds Bachelor Degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.

Persico is a designated MAI member of the Appraisal Institute and has a number of professional affiliations.

Dianne M. Lo Bello, 46, (photo) to Assistant Secretary of Retail Banking Operations, from Supervisor of the Operations Department.

LoBello joined City & Suburban in 1994 as Deposit Service Coordinator.

She came from Peoples Westchester Savings Bank, where she served as Bank Operations Specialist.

Jeffrey P. Floyd, 48, promoted to Controller.

He joined City & Suburban in 1998 from Barry N. Rein & Associates, in Livingston, New Jersey where he was Audit Manager. Prior to that he was Compliance Officer of Montclair Savings Bank.

He has both a BA and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Jim Rosenfeld, Senior Vice President of Development for Boston Properties, Inc., a real estate investment trust, has announced the promotion of Brian Hunt to Assistant Project Manager. Hunt will be responsible for assisting in coordinating and supervising the management of a 400,000 square foot corporate headquarters facility under construction in Needham, Massachusetts and a 120,000 square foot office building in Andover, Massachusetts. He will also be involved in budget development and feasibility assessment of proposed new developments as well.

Previously, Hunt served as an Acquisition/Development Analyst at Boston Properties. In this capacity, he was responsible for underwriting over $3 billion of potential acquisitions and development including the $1.2 billion purchase of the Embarcadero Center in San Francisco. He joined the company in 1997 from Meredith & Grew, a Boston-based real estate company. Hunt began his career at Meredith & Grew, where he was involved in all aspects of tenant and landlord representation as well as provided analytical support for the firm's investment sales activities.

Brian Hunt received his A.B. degree from Harvard College.

W. P. Carey & Co. LLC, announced the appointment of George E. Stoddard as a Class II director of the company.

Stoddard, who served as a director of the formerly privately held W. P. Carey & Co, Inc. since 1979, will fill a vacant position on the Board of Directors of the newly renamed W. P. Carey & Co. LLC. The position filled by Stoddard will expire at the annual meeting of shareholders in 2002. Stoddard has served as a senior managing director, Chairman of the Investment Committee and Chief Investment Officer of W. P. Carey & Co. for 21 years.
