Grubb & Ellis Company announced that Joel S. Herskowitz has been appointed executive vice president and regional managing director for the New York region.
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Herskowitz served as executive managing director of Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc.
Herskowitz holds a B.A. in business administration from the College of Insurance. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Urban Land Institute.
