Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company announced that Sharon Bands has been appointed senior investment associate.
Bands has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, she served as senior managing director with Grubb & Ellis. Bands' list of clients includes such firms as Regency REIT, Price Legacy, and AEW.
In the course of her career, Bands has completed transactions worth more than $900 million.
