Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC announced that Enterprise Solution Providers has signed a 5,000 SF lease at 10 E. 38th St. in New York City. Paul Walker, of Adams & Co., represented the tenant in the transaction. Gregg Schenker, of Murray Hill Properties, and Bill Becker, of First Pioneer Properties, represented the landlord.

Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC announced that Garth Clark Gallery has signed a 4,000 SF lease at 45-46 21st St. in Queens., N.Y. David Inerfeld, senior managing director of Sholom & Zuckerbrot, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Con Edison Communications has signed a 26,000 SF lease at 55 Broad St. in New York City. Andrew Behymer, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. Gene Baumstein, vice president of Rudin Management Company, served as an in-house representative for the landlord.

Jupiter Research announced that it has signed a 16,000 SF lease at 475 Park Ave. South in New York City.

Robert K. Futterman & Association announced that HomeGoods has signed a 10-year, 30,600 SF lease at Tysens Park Shopping Center in Staten Island, N.Y. David Rosenberg, executive vice president of RKF, represented both parties in the transaction.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC announced that Pret a Manger has signed a 15-year, 1,650 SF lease at 400 Park Ave. in New York City. Robert Futterman, CEO of RKF, and Joshua Strauss, associate director, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. announced that Bati Shoes has signed a 10-year, 1,000 SF lease at 2151 Broadway in New York City. Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman of Garrick-Aug, Joseph Aquino, managing director, and Ferne Glanzrock, senior retail consultant, represented both parties in the transaction.

GVA Williams announced that HIP Health Plan has signed a 12,600 SF lease at 132 W. 31st St. in New York City. Brian Given, executive managing director of GVA Williams, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Insignia/ESG announced that FleetBoston Financial Corp. has signed a 10-year, 5,300 SF lease at the Herald Center and a 10-year, 3,200 SF lease at 1775 Broadway in New York City. David LaPierre, managing director of Insignia/ESG, and David Green, executive director, represented the tenant in the transaction.

The Burak Organization announced that the XChange Corporation has signed a five-year, 2,600 SF lease at 36 W. 44th St. in New York City. Jonathan Zich, managing principal of the Burak Organization, represented the landlord in the transaction.

The Burak Organization announced that Ten Second World has signed a 1,000 SF lease at 36 W. 44th St. in New York City. Brent Turner, of Edward Warren & Co., represented the tenant in the transaction. Dana Gordon, of the Burak Organization, represented the landlord.

The Burak Organization announced that Joseph Marc Sports, Inc. has signed a five-year, 1,300 SF lease at 36 W. 44th St. in New York City. Scott Bennett, of Prime Manhattan Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction. RE/MAX Commercial Real Estate announced that Comstar Interactive Corp. has signed a 7,165 SF lease at 160 Raritan Center Parkway in Edison, N.J. Ian Grusd, principal of RE/MAX, represented the tenant in the transaction. Joshua Adler and Matthew Adler, of Adler Development, represented the landlord.

CRESA Partners announced that New England Financial has signed a 23,543 SF renewal lease at 30 Two Bridges Road in Fairfield, N.J. James J. Scancarella, principal of CRESA Partners, and James J. Figurelli, managing partner with New England Financial, represented the tenant in the transaction.

GVA Williams announced that First Environment Inc. has signed a 17,750 SF lease at 91 Fulton St. in Boonton, N.J. John K. Cunningham, first vice president of GVA Williams, and Eric Witmondt, CEO, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Insignia/ESG announced that Hesco, Inc. has signed a 28,924 SF lease at 200 Williams Drive in Ramsey, N.J. Frank Lopriore, managing director of Insignia! ESG, represented both parties in the transaction.
