Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC announced that Enterprise Solution Providers has signed a 5,000 SF lease at 10 E. 38th St. in New York City. Paul Walker, of Adams & Co., represented the tenant in the transaction. Gregg Schenker, of Murray Hill Properties, and Bill Becker, of First Pioneer Properties, represented the landlord.
Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC announced that Garth Clark Gallery has signed a 4,000 SF lease at 45-46 21st St. in Queens., N.Y. David Inerfeld, senior managing director of Sholom & Zuckerbrot, represented the landlord in the transaction.
Cushman & Wakefield announced that Con Edison Communications has signed a 26,000 SF lease at 55 Broad St. in New York City. Andrew Behymer, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. Gene Baumstein, vice president of Rudin Management Company, served as an in-house representative for the landlord.
Jupiter Research announced that it has signed a 16,000 SF lease at 475 Park Ave. South in New York City.
Robert K. Futterman & Association announced that HomeGoods has signed a 10-year, 30,600 SF lease at Tysens Park Shopping Center in Staten Island, N.Y. David Rosenberg, executive vice president of RKF, represented both parties in the transaction.
