Leslie J. Garfield & Co., Inc. announced the sale of 17 E. 77th St., a five-story, 4,500 SF apartment building in New York City, for $4.5 million. John H. Garfield and Matthew Pravda, of Garfield & Co., represented the seller in the transaction. A. Laurance Kaiser IV, of Key-Ventures, Inc., represented the buyer.

GHP Office Realty announced the sale of 145 Huguenot St., an eight-story, 300,000 SF office building in New Rochelle, N.Y., to GHP Huguenot LLC. GHP Office Realty represented the buyer in the transaction. The HK Group represented the seller, the Galesi Group.

Simone Development Companies announced acquisition of the following properties:

* 1200 Shames Drive, a 45,000 SF industrial building in Westbury, N.Y.;

* 40 Melville Park Drive, a 56,000 SF industrial building in Melville, N.Y.

Time Equities, Inc. announced the acquisition of 146 E. 56th St., a three-story, 12,000 SF office building in New York City, for $3.6 million. Jonathan Miller and Miriam Halpert, of Grubb & Ellis, represented the seller in the transaction. Francis Greenburger, of Time Equities, served as an in-house representative for the buyer.
