Sutton helps Ameriquest in Northeast

Sutton & Edwards Inc./TCN Worldwide has arranged leases for three New York area loan offices on behalf of Ameriquest Mortgage Co., a California-based firm.

An Ameriquest office temporarily located in Manhattan relocated to 3,538 s/f at the Hutchinson Metro Center in the Bronx. The company's Queens office relocated to 4,431 s/f in the Bulova Corporate Center at 75-20 Astoria Boulevard in Queens. An office formerly located in Elmont, Long Island will move into 3,500 s/f at 444 Merrick Road in Lynbrook in the next few months.

Jeff Cebula and Melissa Naeder, of Sutton & Edwards, represented Ameriquest in lease negotiations. Robert Mathias, of Golub & Co., co-brokered the leases.

Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent for the Hutchinson Metro Center, owned by Simone Development Co. Blumenfeld Development Group, owner of the Bulova Corporate Center, was represented in-house, as was Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures, owner of the Lynbrook property.
