Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, executive vice president, of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Leasing and Sales Division, exclusively represented the landlord and tenant in bringing Parisian clothing designer, Diab'less, to retail space at 1138 Third Avenue. This new boutique will mark Diab'less' second U.S.
store, having recently opened in Los Angeles. Consolo and Aquino negotiated a long-term lease for approximately 1,500 square feet on two levels.
