Retail leasing partners Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph A. Aquino of Garrick-Aug Associates have been appointed exclusive leasing agents for 1042 Madison Avenue, situated in the heart of the acclaimed Madison Avenue "Gold Coast."

"Located on the Upper East Side between 79th and 80th streets, the shop offers 2,113 square feet of ground-level space, plus another 2,113 square feet of second level space and 2,113 square feet of basement and storage space," said Consolo, vice chairman at Garrick-Aug. Among these neighbors are Ann Taylor, Fresh, Inc. agnes b., bebe, inc., Maison du Chocolat, Betsey Johnson, Issey Miyake and L'Occitane.
