Florham Park space ready for occupancy

18 Columbia Turnpike, a new, 135,000-square-foot office building in Florham Park, New Jersey, is ready for immediate occupancy, announced Roger Steinhardt, director of commercial leasing for Kushner Companies, the property's owner and developer. Kushner Companies constructed 18 Columbia Turnpike on a speculative basis as the final phase of Columbia Corporate Center, a Class A corporate campus that also includes two fully-occupied buildings totaling 100,000 square feet.

According to Steinhardt, leasing interest in 18 Columbia Turnpike has increased steadily during its development. "Demand for Class A space remains strong in the Morris County office market," he said. "Within this context, the building provides a unique opportunity to lease a large block of space with immediate availability. Florham Park's central location provides an additional draw, offering ease of access to the region's major throughfares and Newark International Airport."
