GHP Office Realty, along with a group of private investors, announce recently that it has closed on the purchase of 170 Hamilton Ave., a 60,000 SF office building, and 711 5. Broadway, a 70,000 SF office building, in White Plains, N.Y.
Thomas Leslie, a senior partner at Thatcher Proffitt and Wood, represented GHP Office Realty in the transaction. Hugh Finnegan, of Siller Wilk, represented the lender and Ed Singleton, of Minor and Casey, represented the seller.
7-11 S. Broadway is located across the street from the Westchester Mall.
