A 6,300 SF medical building at 208 Post Road East in Westport, Conn. has been sold to. Dr. Joseph B. O'Connell for $1,766,000.
Built around 1990, this Colonial-style structure has been used mainly by plastic surgeons and includes a complete operating facility. The buyer will ultimately use the building for his own plastic surgery practice.
Robert Lewis, senior vice president of H. T. Hampe Associates, represented the buyer and was the sole broker involved in this transaction. Legal services were provided by attorney Leslie Byelas of the Westport-based firm Byelas & Neigher.
