Guide2mortgage grows by 150%

The commercial real estate mortgage lender directory, Guide2mortgage.com, announces that in the six months since its Aug. 1, 2001 launch, the number of participating lenders has grown 150%.
Publisher Chris Koch said, "We are very pleased with the response we are receiving from our participating lenders. I think lenders recognize the value we are creating in driving our subscribers (which consist of mortgage bankers and brokers, as well as some developers/owners) to the lender profiles within our-directory. We are not involved in the loan underwriting process. We strictly publish the directory as a professional resource tool; enabling direct contact between the party controlling the property and the lender. I think lenders like that."
