CRESA Partners announced that Lazard Freres & Co. LLC has signed a 10-year,

7,900 SF sublease at 600 Fifth Ave. in New York City. Frederick Marek and Vincent Tuminelli, of Julien J. Studley, represented the tenant in the transaction. CRESA Partners represented the sublandlord, NIB Capital Private Equity.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. announced that Gal Shoe's has signed a 15-year, 5,435 SF lease at 1296 Third Ave. in New York City. Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino, of Garrick-Aug, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Trinity Real Estate announced that Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners has signed a 10,000 SF lease at 10 Hudson Square in New York City. Stephen Heyman, Trinity's director of commercial real estate leasing, and Stuart A. Christie, assistant director, served as in-house representatives for the landlord.

Sinvin Realty Corp. announced that Harvard University Press has signed a long-term, 1,100 SF lease at 119W. 23rd in New York City. Michelle Stone, managing director of Sinvin Realty Corp., represented the tenant in the transaction.

Trinity Real Estate announced that NYC Elite Gymnastics has signed a 13,343 SF lease at 100 Ave. of the Americas in New York City. Stephen H. Heyman and David P. Berger, of Trinity Real Estate, served as in-house representatives for the landlord.

Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. announced that Enhance Pharmaceuticals has signed a 26,750 SF renewal lease at 109 Morgan Lane in Plainsboro, N.J. Frank Gunsherg, of Cushman & Wakefield, representeed the tenant in the transaction.

Goldstein & Associates Realty, Inc. announced that The Beverage Works NY, Inc. has signed a 17,500 SF lease at 20 Marbiedale Road in Tuckahoe, N.Y. Goldstein & Associates and Brown & Son Realty, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction. Aries Deitch & Endelson, Inc. represented the landlord.

Cushman & Wakefield announced the following transactions at Metropolitan Realty Associates' Woodlands Office Park in Hauppauge, N.Y.;

* Intersil Corporation has signed a 1,346 SF lease;

* Clayton Business Systems has signed a 2,925 SF lease. Real Estate Strategies represented the tenant in the transaction;

* YourHome Direct/ Foxtons has signed a 1,596 SF lease. Long Island Realty Advisors represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Swezey Commercial has signed a 534 SF lease;

* Bogard has signed an 885 SF lease;

* DRS Electronic Systems has signed a 1,419 SF lease;

* TBR Holdings has signed a 612 SF lease.

Brandywine Realty Trust announced the following transactions:

* Navigant Consulting, Inc. has signed a renewal and expansion lease at 993 Lenox Drive in Lawrenceville, N.J. Julien J. Studley, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction. Howard Ziff, of Brandywine Realty Trust, served as an in-house agent for the landlord;

* Great American Insurance has signed a renewal lease at 1120 Route 73 in Marlton, N.J. George Mintz & Company represented the tenant in the transaction. Bryant Hill served as an in-house agent for Brandywine;

* Quality Systems, Inc. has signed a lease at 304 Harper Drive in Moorestown, N.J. Colliers Lanard & Axilbund represented the tenant in the transaction. Kathleen Sweeney served as an in-house agent for the landlord;

* Entertainment Services Unlimited, Inc. has signed a renewal lease at Plaza 1000 on Main St. in Voorhees, N.Y. Tim O represented the landlord in the transaction;

* Hollywood Tanning Systems, Inc. has signed a lease at 1120 Route 73 in Mt. Laurel, N.J. Bryant lord in the transaction.

Coldwell Banker Commercial/Feist & Feist Realty Corp announced that Esoterix, Inc. has signed a 32,000 SF lease at 20 Lake Drive in East Windsor, N.J. John Horan, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial/Feist & Feist Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction. Bob Sager, of Insignia/ ESG, represented the landlord.

The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide announced that Proformance Insurance Company has signed a 44,287 SF lease at the Monmouth Executive Center in Freehold, N.J. Steven Schultz, principal of The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide, represented the tenant in the transaction.

The Gale Company announced the following transactions at its New Jersey properties:

* Pace, Inc. has signed a 24,899 SF renewal lease at 35 Waterview Boulevard in Parsippany, N.J. John Cunningham, of GVA Williams, represented the tenant in the transaction. Tim Conklin, vice president of leasing, served as an in-house representative for The Gale Company;

* Orchid BioSciences, Inc. has signed a 21,014 SF lease at 4390 Route 1 in Princeton, N.J. Grubh & Ellis represented the tenant in the transaction. Gregory Lezynski, vice president of leasing, served as an in-house representative for the landlord;

* Verizon Network Integration Corp. has signed a 15,709 SF lease at 400 Raritan Center in Edison, N.J. Peter Yanotta, of the Equis Corp., represented the tenant in the transaction. Greg Lezynski represented the landlord;

* Sadat Associates, Inc. has signed a 13,715 SF lease at 116 Village Boulevard in Princeton, N.J. Greg Lezynski represented the landlord in the transaction;
