Encore Monroe open for business

Sales for the first neighborhood of elegantly-designed, single-family ranch homes opened to the public Feb. 9 and 10 at Encore Monroe, an intimate gated community of 394 residences with a host of amenities for those 55 and better, rising in Middlesex County's desirable Monroe Township.

The highly-anticipated sales opening follows a week-long exclusive "Private Preview," reports Gabe Pasquale, vice president and chief marketing officer at Spectrum Skanska, Inc. of Westchester County, N.Y., which is developing Encore Monroe in joint venture with The Kalian Companies of Redbank, N.J.

"Spirited buyer activity resulted in the event being a smashing success," he says. "During our private preview, hundreds of potential homebuyers visited the community eager to take advantage of their priority opportunity to reserve a homesite and select a design in our initial housing phase."
