Appraisal Institute Course
March 11 to Apr. 15 -- The Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute will offer a continuing education course, entitled "Appraisal Procedures," on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The course will review the valuation process and discuss appraisal mathematics, cost approach, and income capitalization approach. The classes will take place at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University, at 720 Northern Boulevard in Brookville, N.Y Tuition: $400 per person.
