RFP on 10 acre site - request for proposals by New York City Economic Development Corporation for development of Staten Island - Brief Article

New York City Economic Development Corporation is taking Request for Proposals for the acquisition of an approximately 9.7-acre parcel of City-owned land for the development of a family-oriented recreation and/or garden center in the Charleston section of Staten Island. The development plan must also include related commercial components to sustain the project.

The site is located on the southwest shore of Staten Island at the intersection of Arthur Kill Road and Veterans Road West and bounded by Englewood Avenue to the North.
