A real crowd pleaser - Centerplate, W and M Properties Inc., lease - Brief Article

Volume Services America Holding Inc. which operates under the trade name Centerplate, has extended its 4.096-square-foot office lease at 300 First Stamford Place for five years announces Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and management agent for the building.

A tenant since 1997, Centerplate provides catering, concessions, merchandise, and facility management services at sports, convention and entertainment venues in the U.S. and Canada

In representing the building owner in the lease negotiations. JoAnn B. McGrath, W&M Properties vice president of leasing and marketing, was assisted by Senior Leasing Associate Kathleen A. Caracappa. The tenant was represented by Brian J. Higgins, principal of The Staubach Company.
