Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York announced that Gregory J. Carlson has been elected to its board of directors.
Carlson has more than 25 years of experience in real estate. Currently, he serves as executive director of the Federation of New York Housing Cooperatives and Condominiums and as president of Carlson Realty.
Carlson is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the National Association of Housing Cooperatives, and the Action Committee for Reasonable Real Estate Taxes. He is a recipient of the New York Association of Really Managers' "Dedication to the Industry" award.
