USI gets down to business - United Systems Integrators Corporation, American Pioneer Life Insurance Co., contracts - Brief Article

Robert B. Emden, Vice Chairman of USI Real Estate Advisors, LLC, who oversees the New York City-based brokerage division of United Systems Integrators Corporation, announced that American Pioneer Life Insurance Company has signed a long-term lease for 60,000 square feet of office space at 1001 Heathrow International Business Center, a Class A property in Lake Mary, Florida. The life insurance company, a subsidiary of Universal American Financial Corp (NASDAQ: UHC), will relocate its corporate headquarters in August. Grubb & Ellis Commercial Florida was a co-broker in the transaction.
"This move represents a significant upgrade for American Pioneer," said Emden.
Emden negotiated the lease along with USI Partner Eric Mockler and Grubb & Ellis broker David Chapin.
