Real Estate Weekly, March 24, 2004

Since January of this year, Brooklyn-based: full-service elevator company, Dunwell Elevator, has been awarded new contracts for the maintenance of more than 100 elevators throughout the metropolitan area, announces Al Milo, founder and President of the firm.

The firm began the first quarter of 2004 with monthly maintenance contacts for HSBC Bank, starting with 52 elevators in branches situated in all five boroughs. In addition, Dunwell Elevator was given another monthly contract to service 41 elevators at Brooklyn College.

"This year has begun with a bang," says Mr. Milo. "It's wonderful to receive additional business from longstanding clients like Brooklyn College, and we are equally happy to be working with HSBC, one of the world's largest banking institutions."

In the residential sector, Dunwell was recently hired to implement four car modernizations at 711 West End Avenue. Other projects include performing modernizations at 511 Canal & 18 West 18th St. for C&W.
