Broker joins elite international team

Robin Servidio, Associate Broker with the Scarsdale office of Houlihan/Lawrence was awarded the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation and joins a worldwide referral network of elite global real estate practitioners with expertise in working with international clients as well as immigrants.
The CIPS Designation is awarded by the National Association of REALTORS[R] (NAR), which represents over 1,000,000 professional members in the United States.
The CIPS designation recognizes members who have achieved the necessary training and experience to work successfully with international clients and properties. To earn the CIPS designation, members are required to complete rigorous coursework devoted to learning cultural differences and international business practices. They must also prove achievement in international real estate transactions and are pledged to a strict code of ethics and standards of practice.
"This is a highly prestigious award in our industry," said Ms. Maire Rosol, CIPS, NAR International Committee Chair, "and Ms.Servidio is now established as an expert in international real estate." Ms. Servidio also earned an e-PRO certification for completing extensive training on the Internet which she has integrated into her real estate practice to effectively respond to the needs of the new consumer in national and global markets.
