City & Suburban Federal Savings Bank recently arranged the following financing totaling over $10 million: $3.6 million for a five-story and penthouse retail/apartment building on Amsterdam Avenue and West 75th Street in Manhattan; $2 million for a four-story and a three-story retail/apartment buildings on West Broadway in Manhattan; $1.625 million for a two-story retail/office building on Main Street in Ridgefield, CT; $1.35 million for a four-story apartment building with 46 units on Fort Hamilton Parkway in Brooklyn, NY; $1.2 million for a six-story mixed use building on North 3rd Street in Brooklyn, NY; and $825,000 for a two-story retail/office strip center on Weaver Street in New Rochelle, NY.
The December mortgages, originated by Joe Laquidara and Charlie Persico, were underwritten by Terry McArdle, all members of the C&S Commercial and Multifamily Lending Division. They were closed by Alan Kisselhoff, Esq. of Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. and by the law firm of Cuddy, Feder and Worby, both representing the bank.
