Rockrose's Elghanayan and Brancato to address AREW

"Uptown, Downtown: Metropolitan Residential Development" is the topic of the Association of Real Estate Women's (AREW) Wednesday, April 5th luncheon, when H. Henry Elghanayan, CEO and cofounder of Rockrose Development Corp., and Richard A. Brancato, CFO of Rockrose, will be guest speakers.
Elghanayan will provide an insider's perspective on how Rockrose approaches start-to-finish development of their buildings and Brancato will discuss real estate financing in today's competitive market
Elghanayan is a co-founder of Rockrose and serves as the company's CEO. He is responsible for the supervision of financial services, commercial leasing, commercial management, retail leasing accounting and finance.
Brancato is Rockrose's vice president of finance. He is responsible for the procurement of all debt and capital equity required for the acquisition and development of both residential and commercial projects.
