Jarmel Kizel tapped for NJ project

Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc. has been selected for a tenant fit-up for a 10,000-SF retail space at the Seacourt Pavilion Mall in Toms River, N.J. by Strategic Resources Corporation (SRC), the owner of the facility. The space is to be occupied by Toms River Music Store.

Seacourt Pavilion is strategically located adjacent to the Ocean County Mall in Toms River on the comer of Hooper Avenue and Bay Avenue. Jarmel Kizel will be constructing state-of-the-art retail displays and sound proof instrument rooms for the Toms River Music Store. Jarmel Kizel was selected earlier this year to provide base building architecture, in-house engineering and tenant fit-up services for the 45,000-SF office component of the development. Sweetwater Construction Corporation is the Construction Manager for the music store.

Jarmel Kizel is also constructing two new retail facilities on behalf of Strategic Resources Corporation in Jefferson, New Jersey.
