Heiberger & Associates, P.C. has announced that attorneys Heela Justin-Capell, Matthew Hollander and Maxwell Breed have joined the firm. Justin-Capell joins the firm as an associate with a background in real estate conversions. Previously she served as in-house counsel for H.J. Development, a New York City real estate development company. Justin-Capell earned a bachelor's degree from Sarah Lawrence College. She is also a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Justin-Capell is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Hollander joins the firm as an associate in its closing division. He brings experience in transactional real estate law, having previously served as an associate at Magier & Savrin. Hollander received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University and his juris doctorate, with a concentration in real estate transactions and finance and intellectual property, from New York Law School.
Maxwell Breed served as a summer associate at Heiberger & Associates before joining the firm full-time. He received a bachelor's degree in English literature from Duke University. Breed earned his juris doctorate from Fordham Law School, where he was a staff member of the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.
