Arent Fox LLP is proud to announce that Jacqueline A. Weiss has joined the firm's real estate group as a partner in its New York office. Ms. Weiss comes to Arent Fox from Baker Hostetler, bringing with her a broad-based real estate and finance practice. Ms. Weiss focuses on representing institutional property owners and landlords, as well as institutional lenders and borrowers, in a vast array of complex real estate transactions, including: structured acquisitions and sales, financing, construction loans, leasing agreements, loan restructurings, and debtor-in-possession agreements.
She also counsels clients on joint ventures and preferred equity investments, workouts, and multi-creditor bankruptcies.
