The Kaufman Organization announced that Public Clothing Company, a global aggregator of fashion brands, has signed a 7-year lease for 8,000 s/f at The Fashion Tower, located at 499 Seventh Ave. Michael Heaner, principal of The Kaufman Organization, and Grant Greenspan of the Kaufman Organization represented both the landlord and the tenant. The space was formerly occupied by West Pacific.
