Tenzer Greenblatt forms new food services group

Tenzer Greenblatt LLP, a leading New York law firm, has formed an inter-disciplinary food services group which organizes under one practice the many services the firm provides to clients in all aspects of the food and beverage industries.
"Tenzer Greenblatt's Food Services Group brings together the firm's extensive experience in the real estate, securities and corporate practices as they relate to the food and beverage industries," said Stuart D. Kaplan, the group coordinator.
Tenzer Greenblatt has acted as counsel on more than 50 transactions in the past two years for clients in the food and beverage industries. Kaplan said the new practice group includes Martin Luskin, head of Tenzer Greenblatt's real estate department, corporate lawyers Michael S. Muliman, Benjamin Raphan and Barry S. Rutcofsky, and securities lawyer Brad L. Shiffman.
