William C. Hanson, SIOR, president, NAI/James E. Hanson, Inc. announced several new exclusive agent assignments in New Jersey have been awarded to Joan Cenicola, a sales associate:
* Cenicola and Robert Rubin, vice president are marketing an 81,000 SF single-story flex building, expandable to 150,000 SF, located at One Electronics Drive in Hamilton, N.J. The facility, which is divisible to 20,000 SF, includes T1, T5 and fiber, 7 per/1,000 SF parking ratio and 2-1,200 amp service. Fennelly Associates is the co-broker.
* In West Orange, Cenicola and Rubin are marketing 35,134 SF of mixed-use space, which is divisible to 6,020; 17,772; and 16,044 SF. The facility, located near Route 280 and the Garden State Parkway, offers 13-20-foot clear ceiling heights and three drive-in loading doors.
* Cenicola and Mildred C. Hanson, SIOR, are leasing agents for 11,850 SF of retail space located on Route 17 North in Rochelle Park.
* Cenicola and Rubin are additionally marketing 12,500 SF of flex space at 1583 Livingston Avenue in North Brunswick. The facility features 22-foot ceiling heights, five drive-in doors, 28-car parking and office space to suit.
* Cenicola and Rubin are leasing agents for 11,330 SF of space on two floors at 123 Route 27 in Edison. The newly constructed space offers abundant parking and features 5,380 SF on the first floor and 5,950 SF on the second floor.
* Cenicola is the leasing agent for 3,000 SF of single-story available space, which can be used for two lanes of drive-in space or a pad site at the Quakerbridge Shoppes in Hamilton Twp. Situated at 3800 Quakerbridge Road and the corner of Youngs Road, the space is located at a signaled intersection.
