Newmark Realty Advisors has been selected as exclusive sales agent for the Briarcliff Corporate Campus, a Class A, 136,000 SF office park located on 555 Pleasantville Road in Briarcliff Manor, N.Y. John D. Goodkind and Stephen M. Banker, executive managing directors of Newmark & Company's Westchester/Connecticut office, will spearhead the campaign along with the team of James D. Kuhn and David Noonan of the firm's New York headquarters office.

Built in 1985 by Frank B. Hall Insurance Company as its corporate headquarters, the Briarcliff Corporate Campus provides an exceptionally high level of design and infrastructure including Class "A" office space and related facilities in a self contained environment. Two architecturally distinguished buildings comprising 115,400 SF of space form the core of the office complex. The campus also includes a 12,800 SF conference center with two spacious meeting rooms, a dramatic two-story reception area and 11 double guestrooms for overnight accommodations. The complex is now approximately 50% leased. Tenant's include USI Northeast, Inc., Chas. H. Sells, a prominent engineering firm, Digitech Computer, Uniglobe Kisco and Saw Mill Capital, LLC.
