Gale & Wentworth has closed on the acquisition of 1 Campus Drive in Parsippany, N.J., a 377,000 SF, Class A office building. Subsequently, Gale & Wentworth has consummated a long-term lease with Cendant Corporation to lease the entire facility as its corporate headquarters.
Gale & Wentworth acquired 1 Campus Drive from American Home Products.
Christopher Sameth, vice president-acquisitions, and Tim Conklin and Rick Genthe, vice presidents-leasing, were responsible for consummating the sale and lease transactions.
