Edward R. Chernoff & Herb Wolowitz have purchased a garden apartment complex in New Rochelle. Boasting a rent roll exceeding $200,000, this unique building was bought after a 50-year ownership.
One of the main features was the building's proximity to the Long Island Sound, as well as it's pristine condition.
Chernoff & Wolowitz are currently scouring the Manhattan market for deals, willing to pay top dollar and close quickly.
The buyers were represented by their attorney, Elliot Gross of Rockville Centre.
