* 491-497 Greenwich Street, New York. The existing buildings arc being renovated into a 70,000 SF loft-style luxury residence and retail complex. The construction financing was in the amount of $18,250,000 and was placed with a midwestern commercial bank. The firm was represented by David Horowitz and Malcolm Jacobs.
