Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut has negotiated a long-term lease for Reuters America Information Management Group to occupy 42,571 SF at Westchester One, 44 South Broadway, White Plains
Maureen O'Boyle, Greg Frisoli and Andrew Carney of Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut, Inc. and Ed Weiss of Cushman & Wakefield's New York office represented the landlord in the transaction. Joe Cabrera of Cushman & Wakefield's New York office represented the tenant, along with Insignia/ESG and Tishman Real Estate Services.

The move, slated for the second quarter of 2001, will bring approximately 230 employees from Reuters in Stamford to White Plains. Reuters will occupy the entire top floor of the 23-story, 850,000 SF building.
