Joseph Rotenberg, senior broker at City One Real Estate, LLC and Kenny Kronstadt of NYC-based Newmark & Company Real Estate were instrumental in leasing the warehouse located at 34-24 Vernon Boulevard, Long Island City, to the Connaught Group, Ltd., a ladies apparel importer located at 498 Seventh Avenue in New York City.
The property contains 140,000 SF on 2 floors and was leased for a 10 year term. The building was formerly used by Modell's as a warehouse and will now be used as Connaught's main distribution facility for North America.
