April 3 - The Metropolitan New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute will host its second in a series of breakfast seminars at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, 42 West 44th St. Guest speakers will be David C. Walentas, owner/president, Two Trees Management, who has been a driving force in the revitalization of the Brooklyn neighborhood he named DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass); and Robert A.
