More than 550 real estate professionals packed the house at Chelsea Piers the evening of February 6, 2008 to watch landmarks such as the Seagram Building and 19th century structures win alongside state of-the-art newcomers as diverse as The Hearst Tower and 731 Lexington. The coveted BOMA/NY Pinnacle Award, the real estate industry's highest award, is the local level of the BOMA TOBY or The Office Building of the Year Award, which continues the competition at the Regional and International levels.
