GoldenTree InSite Partners announced that Robert Rediker has joined the firm as director of asset management. In his new role at GoldenTree InSite Mr. Rediker will be responsible for overseeing management of the firm's diverse real estate portfolio. Prior to joining GoldenTree InSite, Mr. Rediker spent nearly 20 years at Forest City Ratner Companies, where he held a number of management positions.
He most recently served as senior vice president and director of asset management, where he formed a new division to manage and enhance FCRC's operating portfolio, which consists of office, retail and residential properties. Before FCRC, Mr. Rediker, an attorney, was engaged in private practice at Kramer, Leven, Nessen, Kamin and Frankel and Stadtmauer & Bailkin.
